Update on introduction of Plentific solution in the north

As of the 27 June 2025, the Plentific platform is being used to deliver Habinteg's Repairs service to all tenants in the north of England. 

What is Plentific?

Plentific connects housing providers with local contractors, making repairs faster and more efficient. It is already being successfully used by Habinteg in the south east of England.

The platform will serve over 1,000 homes from Birmingham to Liverpool and the north east, offering plumbing, electrical, plastering and carpentry.

No reporting changes

Nothing has changed in the way you should report a repair to us, the difference you will see is that your repair will now be completed by one of several smaller, local contractors working on Habinteg’s behalf.

Tenants will continue to report repairs through our Customer Services Team at Habinteg Direct by calling 0300 365 3100 or emailing
direct@habinteg.org.uk .

If you prefer, you can report your repair through the tenant portal, My Habinteg, at https://my.habinteg.org.uk/login.aspx. If you don’t have a tenant portal account, registering for one is simple and should take just a few minutes.
