Whether you are complaining, complimenting us or giving us suggestions, we'll always be pleased to hear from you.

You can:

  • complain if you feel you've received poor service from us
  • pass on a compliment when we get things right
  • give us your suggestions for improving our services.

We’re currently working on our new complaints policy to reflect the Housing Ombudsman’s recently published Complaint Handling Code.
