Communication formats

Habinteg is committed to accessibility and inclusion. It is important to us that you receive information in a format that is easy for you to use.

Accessible formats

If you would prefer any of our tenant information in an alternative format such as braille, large print, audio CD or easy read, please complete our online alternative formats request form.

Sometimes, we can also help with translations into other languages. Habinteg can offer Language Line, a service that can put you in touch with a translator by telephone.

If you are deaf or hard of hearing, you can use Text Direct – a free national telephone service from BT and Action on Hearing Loss – just dial 18001 + Habinteg Direct's number 0300 365 3100 (call charges vary depending on telephone provider).

Where possible we use plain English and clear print in all our documentation, and review our website regularly to ensure that it meets accessibility standards set by the World Wide Web Consortium and the Disability Rights Commission guidelines.

For all other queries relating to the format of the information that we send you, please contact Habinteg Direct.
