Our finances

We want our customers to understand how we manage our money and make financial decisions. Being transparent about our finances helps demonstrate that we are using our resources responsibly to maintain homes, invest in services and support our communities.

Our Annual Report and Financial Statements provide an overview of our performance, income, expenditure and financial health during the year.

Our accounts are independently audited and approved by our Board. The auditors have given an unqualified opinion on our latest accounts, providing assurance that the information is accurate and reliable.
