Aids and adaptations

We want you to be able to enjoy your home. If you’re finding your home difficult to move about in or use, we can help to make things easier. You may need a small aid, such as a grabrail fitting in the bathroom, or a larger adaptation made to the property.

Habinteg’s adaptations service is here to help you decide what adaptations you may need and how to get them. For example, you may be eligible for grant funding, require an occupational therapist referral or, in some instances, Habinteg may be able to assist with the cost of an adaptation.
