When we need to buy services, such as repairs, grounds maintenance, cleaning, building safety works or professional advice, we follow our procurement procedures to help ensure we achieve value for money, quality and fairness.

When purchasing goods, services or works, we aim to:

Some procurement opportunities and contract awards are published on the UK Government's Find a Tender service. This is a national website that helps provide transparency about public procurement and allows suppliers to find opportunities to bid for work.

Key Contractors and Service Partners

We work with a range of contractors and suppliers to deliver services to customers, including maintenance, repairs, safety compliance and specialist support services.

Information about our current contracts will be available from 1 October 2026.
