Level threshold: towards equality in housing services for disabled people

Level Threshold is the result of research into the provision of housing services to disabled people and how disabled people experience the housing system.

The resulting good practice guide for housing providers presents case studies and details of positive and achievable steps towards delivering equality in service provision for disabled tenant customers.

The Good Practice Guide was officially launched at the National Housing Federation conference in September 2004.
