Reporting your repairs and our holiday opening hours

If you live in a tier 4 area there are changes to the way you report repairs; please read our latest repairs guidance .

For tenants living in tiers 1, 2 and 3 areas, did you know that the quickest and easiest way to report your repairs is via the online form on our website?

Well it is, and over the holiday period we’ll continue to provide you with a high quality repair service, including an out of office service should you need to report an emergency repair over the Christmas closure period.

Report routine repairs online

You may find it takes longer than usual to get through to our Customer Services Team by phone at the moment. This is because we’re receiving more calls than usual while our team continue to work from home.

To help us keep the telephone-based service available for emergencies, and for customers who can’t report their repairs online, we ask that you visit www.habinteg.org.uk/report-a-repair to report your routine repairs, if you can.
