Repairs and maintenance contractor update | Tenant news

Bell Group is now the new repairs service provider at our Wrexham, Oswestry and Telford schemes.

The company began carrying out our reactive repairs, as well as upgrades to key building components, at these schemes on 1 July.

Habinteg’s Maintenance Contracts Manager, Antony Almond, said: “We’ve had an ongoing partnership with Bell Group over the years and we’re pleased that they are helping us to upgrade building components and deliver repairs.”
