We're having a few issues with our Customer Services phone lines today, so if you're a tenant and you have an emergency repair, you should call our out-of-hours service, NPA, on 0345 601 3389. We’ve introduced a new stamp so that you can see where we’ve listened to your feedback and used it to improve the services you receive.

At Habinteg, we value feedback from tenants as it gives us insight into what you think about our services.

Look out for our green ‘You said… We did!’ stamp in our fortnightly bulletin, Update and our website from this week onwards.

The stamp is our way of letting you know that your feedback is important to us and that we’ve acted upon it. We've recently used tenant feedback to:
