We’ve introduced a new stamp so that you can see where we’ve listened to your feedback and used it to improve the services you receive.
At Habinteg, we value feedback from tenants as it gives us insight into what you think about our services.
Look out for our green ‘You said… We did!’ stamp in our fortnightly bulletin, Update and our website from this week onwards.
The stamp is our way of letting you know that your feedback is important to us and that we’ve acted upon it. We've recently used tenant feedback to:
- improve anti-social behaviour on a Bristol scheme
- make changes to how we handle complaints
- giveaway four free LED lightbulbs to 500 households.
