Stay on top of your rent through our tenant portal 

Keeping track of your rent has never been easier thanks to the My Habinteg tenant portal, which gives you quick, secure access to your rent account anytime, anywhere.

And in case you didn’t know, new registrants are automatically entered into Habinteg’s prize draw to win a £50 shopping voucher.

If you don’t have an online account yet, it’s simple to set one up.

You just need to visit our website and complete the registration using your email address. Alternatively, you can contact Habinteg Direct on 0300 365 3100 to request a username and password to complete your registration.

Once you’re logged in, you can use your account see a full breakdown of your rent account and service charges.

To view your rent and service charges, select “Rent Account” from the menu, or click “My Rent Account” on the My Payments screen.

You can also switch views to see future, current, or past charges to get the full picture of what you're paying and when.

Managing your payments

Your rent account lets you pay in different ways, so it’s easy to keep your payments up to date. Here’s how you can pay:

  • Direct Debit – The simplest way to ensure rent is paid on time each month.
  • Online Payments – Pay securely any time through allpay using your debit or credit card.
  • Phone Payments – Use the 24-hour payment line on 0330 041 6497 with your Habinteg payment card.
  • PayPoint/Post Office – Pay in person using your rent payment card.
  • Bank Transfer or Standing Order – Set up regular payments from your bank. Don’t forget to include your tenant reference number.


If you lose your rent payment card, speak to our Customer Services Team at Habinteg Direct on 0300 365 3100. They will arrange for a new card to be sent to you within four working days.

We send out rent statements twice a year, but if you need one at any time, you can request additional statements by contacting Habinteg Direct. Just remember to include your full name and address to help us locate your account.

Financial support

If you're finding it hard to manage your rent or need extra support, the Rent Assist team can help you set up a payment plan or put you in touch with services that offer benefits advice and additional financial help, such as Discretionary Housing Payments (DHP).

DHP are payments funded by local councils to support people with rent or housing expenses.
