Our offices will be open from 9am to 5pm on Monday 23, Monday 30 and Tuesday 31 December 2019. We will be closing at 3pm on Tuesday 24 November, and will remain closed thoroughout Wednesday 25 - Friday 27 December 2019. We will also be closed on Wednesday 1 January 2020.

Hotpoint and Indesit are recalling specific models of washing machines made between 2014 and 2018 because of fire risk concern. Those with an affected machine are being advised to stop using it immediately, unplug it and contact Whirlpool for a free replacement machine or home repair of their existing appliance.
