The HabFix team kicked off it’s summer project last week with a visit to our Norwich schemes. Prior to the contractors visit, our customer services team contacted tenants to ask about any non-emergency repairs they needed to be done.

We have noticed that a number of incoming calls to Habinteg Direct are being disconnected. Please keep calling as you will eventually be able to speak to a member of our Customer Services Team.  We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and are working with our suppliers to resolve this as quickly as possible.

During lockdown, we asked our tenants to nominate the Lockdown Angels in their neighbourhood who they feel went above and beyond for their community.

In the next instalment of the Lockdown Angels series, we’d like to introduce you to Richard Steade and Sue Bate. Both Richard and Sue are from Habinteg’s Hemlington scheme and were nominated by their neighbours for their generous support during lockdown.
