We have a total of 33 dwellings in Ipswich City Centre, including 15 flats, 9 houses, 8 maisonettes and 1 bungalow. 7 of our Ipswich City Centre dwellings are specifically designed for wheelchair users and have an emergency alarm system.

We have a total of 33 dwellings in Ipswich City Centre, including 15 flats, 9 houses, 8 maisonettes and 1 bungalow. 7 of our Ipswich City Centre dwellings are specifically designed for wheelchair users and have an emergency alarm system. When we interview applicants we agree with them what (if any) assistance they may need from us to help them live independently, and we review their needs periodically in consultation with them. 

We do not currently have any properties available to let, however you can apply to join the waiting list for this area if it is open (see table below).

To join the waiting list for one of our properties, you need to complete our housing application form. You can do this either online using our online housing application form or by downloading a copy and either emailing or posting it to Habinteg Direct, our Customer Service Team.
