How to apply for housing
Once you have checked that the area you are interested in applying for is accepting applications, you can apply to join the waiting list.
We do not accept application forms for areas where the waiting list is closed. If the waiting list is open for your chosen area, please contact our Customer Services Team on 0300 365 3100 (call charges vary depending on telephone provider) or via email at email@example.com to find out if we have a suitable property that you are eligible for before applying.
To apply for a Habinteg home, complete our housing application form and return to:

Who can apply?
There are no restrictions or criteria for who can apply to be placed on our waiting lists for accommodation, however, please note dogs and cats are not allowed in flats. Of course, we make an exception for trained assistance dogs i.e. guide and hearing dogs.
Applications will be accepted, providing that the waiting list is open and that we have suitable properties.
How our waiting list works
We do not operate a point system. We operate a banding system to prioritise applications and will allocate on the basis of priority of need.
When will I know if my application is successful?
We will respond to your application in writing once it has been processed. Please be aware that if a suitable property becomes available, we will contact you immediately.
