We have a total of 65 dwellings in North Shields including 12 flats, 36 houses and 17 bungalows. 15 of our North Shields dwellings are specifically designed for wheelchair users and have an emergency alarm system. When we interview applicants we agree with them what (if any) assistance they may need from us to help them live independently, and we review their needs periodically in consultation with them.

To join the waiting list for one of our properties, you need to complete our housing application form. You can do this either online using our online housing application form or by downloading a copy and either emailing or posting it to Habinteg Direct, our Customer Service Team.
