Calls to Habinteg Direct

Our Customer Services Team is unable to take calls due to a telephone outage. If you have an emergency repair, please call our out of ours service, Nationwide Property Assistance, on 0345 601 3389. All other routine and urgent repairs should be reported via the tenant portal and direct@habinteg.org.uk. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and we’ll provide another update as soon as we can.

Habinteg Housing Association has added Facebook to its list of social media channels and we’d really like you to follow and engage with us on our new page.

Posts

We’ll use Facebook to keep you updated about changes to our Repairs service, Customer Service Team announcements, upgrades to schemes, new housing developments, and other Habinteg news.

Content will also cover our campaign work, such as our recent annual #ForAccessibleHomes week, the Government consultation on raising accessibility standards for new homes, and news from Habinteg schemes around the country.

Also, if you have a story you’d like to share with the Habinteg community, you can speak to our social media team about it by sending them a private message via our Facebook inbox or Messenger.
 

Rules

While we hope tenants will comment on posts and engage with us on our page, like most Facebook pages, Habinteg’s page has rules.

You will find the full list of rules in the About section of our Facebook page . Please read them before commenting on the page, which is monitored Monday to Friday, three times a day: 9am, 12pm and 4pm.

Repairs

If you want to report a repair, please register for an Online Habinteg Account at https://my.habinteg.org.uk/login.aspx and report your repair there for the quickest response.
