We’ve launched eight new service standards that set out exactly what Habinteg tenants can expect from our services.
We’re committed to delivering a quality service to Habinteg tenants, and part of this involves letting you know exactly what you can expect from us.
So we’ve worked with Habinteg staff, Board members and tenants to create eight easy-to-read service standards to let you know what you can expect from our services, and when you can expect it.
Our service standards fall within the following main service areas:
- antisocial behaviour
- complaints
- customer care
- your rent account
- your neighbourhood
- repairs
- tenant involvement & empowerment
- empty homes.
