Tenant Satisfaction Survey is coming - your opinion matters

Someone's hand holding a pen and completing filling a survey

Habinteg needs your voice to make better decisions about all your housing needs.

One of the simplest ways that you can tell us your opinion is by completing our tenant satisfaction survey.

We want to hear about your experience as a tenant, so we can make changes.

When can you expect the survey and how do you complete it?

You will receive the survey in the next few weeks and you can complete it online, or on the paper form.

If you need help filling in the survey, please call our customer services team on 0300 365 3100 and they’ll be able to help.

If you have never completed this survey from us before, you can expect to answer questions such as:

  • How did we handle your repairs and maintenance?
  • How did we deal with your complaint?
  • How did we deal with anti-social behaviour on your scheme?
  • Have you found the Customer Services Team helpful?

We want to hear what you have to say about all these questions and more. The survey closes on Sunday 14th August, so don't miss out.

Prize draw

Please complete as many questions as you can and you might be in with a chance to win the lucky prize after all surveys have been collected. Prizes will include £10 - £250 shopping vouchers which will be sent out to winners and results shared on our website.

Results of the survey will be shared on our website and prizes sent out to the lucky winners.

Don’t miss out on a great opportunity to help shape the services you receive from Habinteg, please complete your survey and send it back to us before 14th August.
