Tenant Involvement recruitment update | Tenant news

Following the launch of our new customer engagement strategy and a successful tenant recruitment process this summer, we are delighted to welcome newly involved tenants in the following positions and groups: -

• 27 Local tenant representatives
• 10 Complaint panel pool members
• 10 Staff recruitment pool members
• 10 Task and finish pool members
• 4 Scrutiny Panel members
• 4 Editorial panel members
• 35 Your voice panel members

We are also introducing seven new regional forums involving local tenant representatives. Regional forum meetings are open to all tenants in each region to join online. They will start in September 2022, giving you the opportunity to share your priorities for your region, review our performance and make sure that tenants’ views are reflected in the design of our services at a local level.

These are the proposed dates and times for the regional forums will be held.

West Midlands & North West	29th September 2022	10am-12 noon
Yorkshire & Humberside	3rd October 2022	2pm-4pm
South London & South East	4th October 2022	10am-12 noon
South West	6th October 2022	10am - 12 noon
Midlands & East	7th October 2022	10am-12 noon

We’re also still actively seeking more Scrutiny and Editorial Panel members, as well as local tenant representatives for these areas; Yorkshire, Humberside, Bristol, Cornwall & North London.
