Sign up to My Habinteg: your 24 /7 tenant services online

We’ve made life easier for our tenants by creating My Habinteg, an online way to report repairs, pay your rent, request changes to your tenancy and access tenant services – all you have to do is sign up.

Why should I set up an account?

Instead of waiting for our opening hours, you can log in to your online account at any time of the day or night to:

  • Report Anti-social behaviour or track progress
  • Report and keep track of repairs
  • View and pay your rent
  • Make changes to your tenancy
  • Update your contact details
  • Request permission to put up a satellite dish or CCTV
  • Tell us you’d like to have a pet; and much more.


How do I register?

You will need your tenancy reference number. This is the four to six-digit number at the top of your rent statement. You will also need your email address.

  1. Go to the sign-up page.
  2. Follow the simple prompts. It will only take a few minutes to register.
  3. Check your inbox for an email from Habinteg (it takes about 10 minutes to arrive) and follow the instructions to complete your registration.

Once you’re registered, you can log in and view the full range of services available to all our tenants.
