What's been happening?
We had some problems with the server that controls access to some of our systems, including our phone lines and the My Habinteg portal.
Our phones and the My Habinteg portal are now back to normal.
Are repairs and improvements still taking place?
Yes, we are booking repairs as normal. Please bear with us if it takes us a little longer to answer the phone, as we are receiving a lot of calls.
To report a repair, please call Habinteg Direct on 0300 365 3100 (see our Christmas opening times), email direct@habinteg.org.uk or login to the My Habinteg portal.
Outside our Christmas opening hours, please report emergency repairs to our out-of-hours service on 0345 601 3389.
