Tenants are at the heart of everything we do, so we’re looking for a tenant to join our Tenant Panel and help shape Habinteg’s services.

What’s the Tenant Panel about?
The Tenant Panel will give you the opportunity to examine and challenge the way we deliver our services to tenants.
The Panel is responsible for:
- analysing our service performance information
- giving ideas on how we can improve services
- monitoring action plans resulting from the work of the tenant scrutiny panel
- reviewing and feeding into our tenant policies
Our Tenant Panel is also involved in stage 2 complaint panel hearings.
What will I need to join the Tenant Panel?
You’ll need no formal qualifications to become a Tenant Panel member. We’ll ensure that you get any training you need, and we’ll also pay your expenses.
How much time will I need to commit?
The panel will meet a minimum of four times a year and, depending on where you live, there may be travel to other locations and possibly overnight stay. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all meetings are currently taking place on Microsoft Teams.
How can I apply?
To apply to be a Tenant Panel member, please complete the application form on our website. If you meet the criteria, you’ll be invited to an informal telephone interview with the Chair of the Panel.
