Managing your tenancy from home or on the go

Keeping track of your rent account, repairs, policies and other tenant-related admin is made a whole lot simpler when you use our online tenant portal, My Habinteg.

The portal keeps everything in one place, making it quicker and easier for you to stay on top of your tenancy 24/7, using your phone or computer.

Pay and check rent

One of the most useful features of the My Habinteg portal is that you can view your rent account and pay your rent all in one place.

You can check how much you owe and see a clear record of your payments, giving you peace of mind that everything is up to date.

The portal also includes a detailed breakdown of your service charges, so you can see exactly what you are paying for and why.

Report repairs easily

My Habinteg is also the quickest way to log any repairs or maintenance requests.

Once a repair is reported, you will receive a reference number and can track its progress online. This saves you from waiting on the phone or sending multiple emails.

Requests are monitored by our Customer Services Team at Habinteg Direct, who aim to respond within two working days.

Requests and feedback

My Habinteg is not just for rent and repairs. You can also use it to update your contact details, give feedback, or submit other tenancy requests without needing to call or email Customer Services. For example, you might want to ask for:

  • New aids and adaptations to your home
  • Permission to have a pet
  • Approval to add additional people to your household
  • Approval to install a satellite dish
  • An additional garden structure
  • A property exchange (if you’ve lived in your property for 12 months).
