Make managing your tenancy easier with a ‘My Habinteg’ account

Having a My Habinteg account makes access to our services much easier. It can save you time on calls and emails and it’s 24/7.

My Habinteg is our online portal for tenants where, once you’ve registered, you can access most of our tenant services including:

Update your contact details (name, email, mobile/home number)

  • Updating your contact details(name, email, mobile /home number)
  • Contact us
  • Pay your rent
  • Give us feedback
  • Report a repair
  • Follow up on the progress of a repair
  • Pay us a compliment
  • Make a complaint.


Making requests in My Habinteg

If you need to make a request for something to do with your tenancy agreement or to have something added to your home, you can request it via the portal. For example, you can request:

  • New aids and adaptations to your home
  • Permission to have a pet
  • Approval to add additional people to your household
  • Approval to install a satellite dish
  • An additional garden structures
  • A property exchange (if you’ve lived in your property for 12 months).


Repairs & complaints

It is best to log all repair requests or any complaints through My Habinteg. Our Customer Service Team monitor portal requests and the team’s standard response time is two working days.

If you have problems logging into My Habinteg, please call Habinteg Direct on 0300 365 3100 or email direct@habinteg.org.uk. You'll need to have your Habinteg account number handy, this is the same number that you have on your rent statement.
