We're excited to announce our online Tenant Listening Events are back across November this year, giving you an opportunity to talk to us about our services and help shape them for your region.
These events are an essential part of our commitment to ensuring that your voices are heard, and for us to share details of what we’ve been doing to improve our services, based on your feedback.
Listening Events will be held via the video platform Zoom. If you don’t have access to the internet, you can also join using your landline or mobile phone.
What happens at the event?
Each event brings together different voices including local Tenant Representatives, Neighbourhood Managers, and Heads of service. Additionally, a member of the Board will attend each event.
The primary goal of these gatherings is to review Habinteg's performance and collectively identify the priorities for improvement in your region.
To help us do this, we will look at tenant satisfaction surveys, complaints and compliments received, and other key performance indicators. Your input will directly influence how we design and deliver services.
Here's a quick rundown of the dates and times for the Listening Events:
North London: Thursday 6 November 2025, 04:30 PM to 6:00 PM
South West: Wednesday 12 November 2025, 04:30 PM to 6:00 PM
Yorkshire/Hull, North East, Midlands & North West: Thursday 20 November 2025, 04:30 PM - 6:00 PM
South London & South East / Central & East: Tuesday 25 November 2025, 04:30 PM to 6:00 PM
