Improving tenant facilities- Jack Ashley Court gets a new lift!

Lifts

As part of Habinteg’s ongoing approach to improving lifting equipment across Habinteg schemes, the lift at Jack Ashley Court (North West, London) has been revamped with modern hydraulics, a swanky new ceiling, and LED lighting.

Why was the work done?   You said we did stamp

We understand many of our customers rely on lifts to go about their daily lives and we’re improving lifts as part of a programme of works over the next few years.

Jack Ashley Court improvements will:

  • Improve the overall aesthetics of the lift
  • Maintain key mechanical elements of the lift
  • Ensure the lift is more reliable and reduce the number of repairs needed.

Which other schemes are getting a lift upgrade?

Rigby House in Yarm has had work completed, so has our Ramsden Road scheme (South West, London) and we’ve started work on our Epworth street scheme in East London where two lifts are being upgraded.

The good news is, we are not stopping here, this programme of improvements is ongoing, and we be improving many lifts over the next few years.

If we’re planning to work on a lift in your scheme we will let you know beforehand when the work will take place, and consult you about any changes or periods of downtime before works start.

If you have any concerns about the safety of your lift at your scheme or other communal building repairs, please call our customer services team on 0300 365 3100 and let us know.
