We’re working with the Tenants Participation Advisory Service (TPAS) to help strengthen the relationship between Habinteg and tenants, and ensure Habinteg tenants play a key role in improving our services.
TPAS is an independent not for profit service that specialises in tenant engagement. They will be helping us to have constructive conversations with tenants that will bring about real and long lasting changes to the services you receive.
Our current approach
We’ve asked TPAS to take a look at our current approach to tenant engagement and make recommendations on the changes we can make to ensure tenants are able to make contributions to our services.
They’ll also be reviewing our draft tenant involvement strategy and service standards, making recommendations, and supporting us to ensure we are compliant with regulatory standards set in The Charter for Social Housing Residents.
We’d like to say a huge thank you to all tenants who got in touch to say they’d like to be a part of the online TPAS workshop.
If you were unable to participate in the workshop, we’ll also be creating an online survey in the near future that’ll give you the opportunity to have your say. We’ll let you know more about that and how you can get involved, in an upcoming ebulletin.
