How TPAS will help us work better together
We’re working with the Tenants Participation Advisory Service (TPAS) to help strengthen the relationship between Habinteg and tenants, and ensure Habinteg tenants play a key role in improving our services.
TPAS is an independent not for profit service that specialises in tenant engagement. They will be helping us to have constructive conversations with tenants that will bring about real and long lasting changes to the services you receive.
Our current approach
We’ve asked TPAS to take a look at our current approach to tenant engagement and make recommendations on the changes we can make to ensure tenants are able to make contributions to our services.
They’ll also be reviewing our draft tenant involvement strategy and service standards, making recommendations, and supporting us to ensure we are compliant with regulatory standards set in The Charter for Social Housing Residents.
