Would you like to become one of Habinteg’s most influential tenants? Join the Scrutiny Panel.

Who can apply for this role?

We’re looking for four tenants to join our Scrutiny Panel, which is one of our most influential tenant groups. The panel reviews Habinteg’s services, constructively challenging and influencing service improvements. 

If you have the vision to inspire positive change, are a team player and can commit to a few meetings, you might be the right candidate for the role.

About the Scrutiny Panel

In our first review, we’ll be looking at the Repairs Service, taking a deep dive into contractor performance and the ‘customer journey’ from your first phone call to the finished repair. 

You need no formal qualifications, and Habinteg will provide all the training you’ll need. Meetings will take place over Zoom, and there may be a chance for face-to-face meetings, where we’ll also pay your travel expenses.
