How would you explain your job in seven words?  Lady smiling at the camera

Overseeing our building safety and maintenance programmes.

What’s the best thing about your job?

For me, working in building safety is highly rewarding because it improves the quality of our residents’ homes, making them safe to live in.

A big part of what I and the wider building safety team do, is engaging and listening to tenants working collaboratively to ensure that building safety is at the heart of all we do.

What’s the most important thing to know about Fire safety ?

If you live on a scheme, it’s vital that you understand the evacuation plan for your building. You can find this on your notice boards within the scheme. If you are unsure, please speak to your Neighbourhood Coordinator or alternatively ring Habinteg direct.

If you had to be CEO of Habinteg for one week, name three things you’d do for tenants.

I would love to organise some more community initiatives, local events and fun days.

If you could bring all of our tenants together and tell them one thing on behalf of the Building Safety Team, what would you say?

We would ask them about scheme-building safety days as this will be something that we want to roll out across schemes soon.

I would tell our customers that building safety is at the forefront of all we do here at Habinteg and we want to involve our customers to help shape our approach.

If you have any concerns at all in regards to safety please call Habinteg Direct on 0300 365 3100.

Name three things that make you happy .

  • Being out and about in the fresh air
  • Spending time with my family & friends
  • Travelling.

You’ve got a bonus holiday for top customer service – how do you spend it?

I would take a trip away to Iceland, to see the Northern lights.

Which of these four British sitcoms best describe your sense of humour? The Royle Family, The Office, Not Going out, Are you being served?
