Habinteg’s services are evolving and we are now inviting tenants to join our Scrutiny Panel to look at how we provide services and challenge us to do better.

What do panel members get?

What kind of people can join the panel?

We want to have a diverse group of people looking at how we do things, so anyone from any background is welcome to join the panel.

All we ask is that you are someone who:

• Wants to gain new skills and meet new people
• Enjoys exploring what happens behind the scenes
• Likes to get things done
• Is able to spare one day a month for meetings
• Has the willingness to volunteer to improve our services

If you are all the above and can:

• Be a voice for tenants
• Work as part of a team
• Think about and put forward new ideas
• Listen and respect what other people have to say
• Able to ask questions and get to the bottom of issues that need resolutions
