Help Habinteg shape its future
This autumn we’re working on Habinteg’s next five year plan, Towards 2026, and, importantly we need input from tenants to set our new priorities and direction.
As tenants are at the heart of everything we do, customer satisfaction is a central component of the new strategy. So it’s vital that we consult with you as we develop the strategy over the summer and autumn.
To that end, we’re inviting all our tenants to a Shaping our future Listening Day, via Zoom, on Saturday 18 September.
Listening day
The Listening day is organised into themed sessions that will cover everything from repairs to communications.
You can book a ticket for as many sessions as you like via the Eventbrite booking page. All you have to do to get your ticket is visit www.eventbrite.co.uk and search Habinteg’s Shaping our future Listening Day.
The day is a chance for you to share your views, which will help us set Habinteg’s future priorities.
Each session will involve a short update from a lead member of staff, and you will have the chance to ask questions and tell us your views in a chaired discussion.
The sessions will be:
- Session 1: Welcome to the day and focus on Quality and safety of Habinteg’s homes
- Session 2: Neighbourhoods and local community
- Session 3: Contacting Habinteg and what happens next
- Session 4: Customer communications and tenant engagement
- Session 5: How we use your rent.
Feedback online
We are also running an online survey until 30 September to gather your views. As a thank you for completing the survey you’ll be invited to enter a prize draw to win up to £250 in shopping vouchers as well as other runner-up prizes.
Survey questions will centre on what you think Habinteg is doing well, what you would like to see more of and what you would like to see included as part of Towards 2026.
If you are unable to attend the Listening Day or complete the survey, you will have the opportunity to send your improvement ideas in on the freepost postcard enclosed within the Update newsletter.
We will share feedback with you before the draft strategy is completed in December 2021, with the aim of launching our new five-year strategy from April 2022. Thanks to Habinteg’s Editorial Board – made of tenants – for working with us to develop these new plans, together with the Chairs of our Tenant Panel and Scrutiny Committee.
