Coronavirus: Information for Habinteg tenants
The health and wellbeing of Habinteg tenants and staff is of utmost importance to us.
We are monitoring the Government advice on coronavirus (COVID-19) closely and our teams are working hard behind the scenes to minimise disruption to our services. However we do anticipate that some of our services will be affected by the current pandemic as we take steps to help prevent the spread of the virus and handle changes in staff capacity.
At this stage we expect that for the foreseeable future, there will be a longer than usual turn-around time on repairs since contractor services will also be impacted by the situation. We will keep you updated here on our website on any changes we have to make.
What we ask of you
- Let us know if you are taking specific steps to self-isolate
For now we ask that if you need to contact us, you let us know if you are self- isolating because:
a) there is a confirmed or suspected case of coronavirus in your household
b) following recent travel or close contact with someone with confirmed coronavirus
c) because you are in a higher risk group or
d) you or your household are choosing to self isolate through your own choice.
This will enable us to agree with you how best to proceed.
- Follow Government guidance to minimise virus spread
Please follow the NHS guidance on regular hand washing and minimising social contact in order to help prevent the spread of the virus.
