Temporary service level adjustments
Please note that due to the impact of Covid-19 lockdown we are currently operating special arrangements and revised service standards for dealing with repairs.
Please report emergency repairs only via our customer service team by calling 0300 365 3100 (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm). These will be serviced in the usual way within 24 hours.
If your emergency repair is outside of office hours, please call our emergency repairs service on 0345 601 3389. Please note: calls should only be made in a real emergency as you may be charged for the call out if it is not an emergency repair.
All other repairs
As part of our HabFix project we will call every Habinteg tenant to identify repairs that will be completed during HabFix days at each scheme. (Read more about HabFix in our news pages).
If you would like to report non-emergency repair online, please complete the form below. Please note this may not be actioned until your next scheduled HabFix day.
If your emergency is a gas leak you should ring Transco national emergency gas service on 0800 111 999.
