You are responsible for paying your rent and service charge. Your tenancy agreement or annual rent notification letter tells you how much rent you should pay.

How do I pay my rent?

We want paying your rent to be as easy as possible. The quickest way to pay your rent is online, or by direct debit. You can see all the options below. 

Set up an online rent account

Using the online rent account is easy but you will need an email address to use this service. Contact Habinteg Direct to request a username and password in order to complete your registration.  

Direct debit 

Paying by Direct Debit is a simple and quick way to pay your rent straight from your bank or building society account. The right amount of rent will be taken automatically. You can call us to set up a direct debit, or fill out and return this form. 

Pay online via allpay 

You can sign up to pay your rent online via AllPay.

24 hour payments line

You can pay online at a time that's convenient for you by ringing 0330 041 6497. To make a payment, all you need is your Habinteg payment card along with your debit or credit card.

If you lose the card, report it to us by phoning Habinteg Direct and we will send you a new card within 4 working days.

At the bank or post office 

You can use your Habinteg payment card at most Post Offices or any other Paypoint outlet. See Allpay paypoint outlets for your nearest outlet.

Transactions only take 24 hours to reach your rent account. All you need is your payment card and payment. You will be given a receipt for proof of your payment and we recommend that you keep your receipts.

If you lose the card, report it to us by phoning Habinteg Direct and we will send you a new card within 4 working days.

Standing order or bank transfer

If you would like to pay by Standing Order please instruct your bank to make payments into Habinteg's account:

Please remember to quote your exact digit tenant reference number as this will link the payment to your rent account.

 

If you do not have a Habinteg payment card number, then contact us on the numbers below and we can get you a new card within 4 working days.

How do I get my rent statement?

The quickest way to see your rent statement is by signing up for an online rent accountWe send you a rent statement twice a year. You can also  request your rent statement via email. Please include your name and address so that we can identify you and your records.
