The aim of a mystery shopper is to measure the quality of the service from a tenant's perspective, focussing on the customer experience. Your feedback can help us understand how we are seen by our tenants. It's a great way to make a big different with a relatively small time commitment.
As a mystery shopper, you could get involved in assessing the services provided by our front line staff, and suggest ways which we could improve. You might highlight excellent service, or raise any areas where we could make improvements.
