Our Community Assistants provide the first port of call for tenants wanting help, advice and information about our housing or support services.
They are friendly and approachable and can assist you in many ways. If they are unable to provide the information you require, they will be able to put you in contact with someone who can help you.
They will also talk to other organisations, such as social services, housing benefit and Supporting People on your behalf if you want them to.
Your Community Assistant is also your main contact with Habinteg.
You can report repairs and make requests for adaptations to your Community Assistant and they will deal with your requests.
What ever your question or concern, please go to your Community Assistant and they will do their best to help you.
