There are three ways you can report a repair to us.

Contact your Community Assistant either by phone or by visiting their office
Telephone our Tenant Service Assistants on 0845 606 5202 if you are in the Southern region or 0845 606 2608 if you are in the Northern region.
It is best to report emergency repairs by telephone or in person.
You can also check the progress of repairs that you have already reported using your regional number.
We have target times to complete repairs by, depending on the type of job.
Routine - Complete within 21 calendar days
Urgent - Complete within 5 calendar days
Emergency - Complete within 24 hours.
Please refer to your tenants' handbook or speak to a Tenant Services Officer to find out which category a repair falls into.
You can check our performance against our target times in our annual report.
