Every one of our housing schemes combines the latest in inclusive housing design with on-site support available to those tenants who need it.
Although we are a general needs housing association, and the majority of our tenants are not disabled, we specialise in disability. All of our homes are accessible and a quarter of them are designed specifically for wheelchair users. Since 1994 all our general needs properties are Lifetime Homes.
Our expertise in developing accessible homes and communities - built up over more than 30 years - is unrivalled. Our continuing research helps us create even better designs and further improve our services.
We are constantly seeking new relationships with local authorities and public and private developers to help us further our goal of moving towards an inclusive society.
Our work also supports the aims of the government's Supporting People programme, helps towards its Sustainable Communities plan, and boosts social inclusion.
