In light of research showing that 42% of social houses have somebody living in them with either a long-term illness or disability, The National Housing Federation and Habinteg, along with other disability specialists John Grooms, Yarrow and Housing 21 joined forces to produce Level Threshold, a Housing Corporation funded project to develop a practical guide to enable housing associations ensure equitable service delivery for disabled tenants and staff.
