How to pay your rent

By telephone Debit / Credit Card:

The easiest way to pay your rent is by credit or debit card over the phone. You can now do this by telephoning Habinteg Direct, quoting your AllPay card number and your credit or debit card details. If you do not have an AllPay card number, then contact us at Habinteg Direct. We can get you a new card within 4 working days.

Swipe Cards

Another easy way to pay your rent is with your AllPay swipe card at most Post Offices or any other Paypoint outlet, including Woolworths.

Transactions only take 24 hours to reach your rent account, which means that your rent account is kept as up to date as your bank account.

All you have to do is hand your AllPay card with your payment to the person behind the counter who will then swipe the card through a machine and give you a receipt for proof of your payment. We recommend that you keep your receipts.

If you lose the card, report it to us by phoning 020 7822 8700 and we will send you a new card within 4 working days.
