Habinteg managed this project with ASRA Greater London Housing Association. Funded by a Housing Corporation Innovation and Good Practice Grant, the REU (Race Equality Unit) were commissioned to conduct the research including focus groups with disabled people, service providers and policy makers. The research was published in two parts, with the better practice guide winning the BME Spark award 2005.
