If you are deaf or hard of hearing, you can use BT /RNID's TextDirect number prefix. Just dial 18001 + Habinteg Direct's number from your textphone.
Where possible we use Plain English and clear print in all our documentation, and review our website regularly to ensure that it meets accessibility standards set by the World Wide Web Consortium and the Disability Rights Commission British Standards Institute Guidelines.
