Becoming A Habinteg Tenant

If you are interested in becoming a Habinteg tenant, please phone 0845 6065 202 and ask to speak to one of our Tenant Services Assistants. You can discuss your housing needs and the options available to you with them.

Sometimes we are able to offer you a home directly, although most of our new tenants are referred to us by local councils. It is best to register with your local council as early as possible if you need a home.

To get your name on a local council list, contact the housing department of your local council.

If you are referred to us we will let you know about homes we have available that are suited to your needs. A member of staff will talk to you and help you complete an application form before an offer can be made.

Application

To apply for a home with Habinteg please complete our Application for Housing form. You will find help on how to complete your application in our Guidance for Applicants.
