Rent

You are responsible for paying your rent and service charge. Your tenancy agreement or annual rent notification letter tells you how much rent you should pay.

Habinteg Direct have worked to ensure that paying your rent is easy and convenient. We have introduced new methods of rent payment so that in addition to paying by Habinteg payment card, cheque, postal order, standing order, bank transfer or credit/debit card over the phone, you can now also pay your rent by:

These new payment methods have been introduced in response to requests from tenants and we hope you will find them useful.

If you do not have a Habinteg payment card number, then contact us on the numbers below and we can get you a new card within 4 working days.
