Governance - Habinteg

Habinteg is governed by a Board of Management responsible for setting the overall strategy of the organisation, controlling risk and ensuring that the organisation is delivering effective services. The Board are supported by a committee structure consisting of;

• Audit and Assurance Committee;
• Homes and Services Committee; and
• Appraisals and Remuneration Committee.

Habinteg is regulated by the Homes and Communities Agency and monitored by the Financial Services Authority.
